Solution description

Employees and visitors could use two navigation options:

• A mobile application with an interactive map and augmented reality (AR) function. The application allowed users to accurately determine their location and receive visual cues for moving inside the office with an accuracy of 2 meters.
• QR codes located around the perimeter of the building allowed users to use the web version of the map without installing an application. By scanning a QR code through a smartphone camera, visitors could see their location and plot a route to the desired point.

The Indoor Navigation Platform system also included a control panel for administrators, which allowed them to track the movements of employees and visitors in real time, view heat maps of space utilization, and receive movement reports.

We noted the success of the pilot project

We were looking for solutions to optimize employee movement in our office spaces, considered several indoor navigation services, and settled on the company's Indoor Navigation product.
