The aim of the project was to create a convenient and modern system that would help visitors easily navigate the vast expanses of the exhibition, as well as provide the administration with movement analytics and the ability to quickly update information.
The Primorsky Aquarium is a multi—level exhibition complex with extensive exhibition areas, where it is difficult for visitors to navigate without additional tools. The main objective of Indoor Navigation was to create a system that would provide users with convenient access to information about each exhibit and area via mobile devices or interactive touch stands, minimizing the need to contact staff.
By implementing the project at the Primorsky Aquarium, we have combined several key solutions:
iBeacon technology is based on the use of beacons that send signals to users' devices, transmitting them relevant information about nearby exhibits and areas. The system works on both iOS and Android devices, providing a full range of features for easy orientation and interaction with the exposition.
In addition, the use of touch stands and a web-based control panel allows you to keep data up-to-date and quickly respond to changes in exposure.
The implementation of the Indoor Navigation Platform at the Primorsky Aquarium on Russian Island has become a successful example of using modern technologies to improve the interaction of visitors with the exposition. The system combines the convenience of navigation, analytics and operational information management, which makes it an indispensable tool for large exhibition facilities.
If you want to improve the convenience of navigation in your museum or exhibition complex, the Indoors Navigation Platform offers solutions adapted to any task. Contact us to learn more about the capabilities of the system and its implementation in your facility.
