Terms used in this Agreement:

Site Administration — is the entity that has administrative rights over the Site.

User — is any person who has entered the Site and accepted the terms of this Agreement, regardless of the fact of completing registration and authorization procedures.

1. Use of Personal Data

• By accepting the terms of this agreement, the User gives the Site Administration consent to process their personal data.
• The purpose of processing personal data: registration on the Site, registration for Site events, advertising purposes.
• The following personal data is subject to processing:
  • Last name, first name, patronymic of the User;
  • User's email address;
  • User's phone number.
• Processing personal data includes the following actions: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (update, modification), extraction, use, transmission (distribution, provision of access), anonymization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data.
• By accepting the terms of this agreement, the User agrees to receive advertising messages via phone (in the form of SMS messages) and email.
• This consent to process personal data is indefinite but can be revoked by the data subject based on a personal statement sent by email to the Site Administration.
• The Site Administration undertakes to use the User's personal data obtained from the use of the Site in accordance with the requirements of the personal data protection legislation, including Federal Law No. 152-FZ of July 27, 2006, "On Personal Data," as amended at the time of processing such personal data.
